FEW WORDS FOR THE NEW EDITION OF
COMPREHENSIVE LIST

With this book the Albanian public and all those involved with the NGO business will have in hand the third publication of the comprehensive list of Non-Governmental Organizations active in Albania.
The list is a long and laborious work of a score of contacts with all involved. The reader should be aware of the fact that the rapid changes in the Albanian reality leave room for changes and corrections, and it is inconceivable to think that the contact persons, the phone/fax and addresses can not change without notice. it is our common task to try and fulfil this gap in order to achieve the goal of serving the public and the concerned people to build the necessary bridges of good communication.
In order to better serve the interest of the reader and help to find at the shortest time the information required a different way of listing has been tried this time. Following the order of fields of activity of the relevant NGO's.
In order to correctly define and finalise this work a big number of NGO's, activists and bodies, that in one way or another are related to the associations, have been contacted.
We thank for their contribution all organizations, people and non-governmental bodies, which have facilitated our work. 
Serving the goal of always better serving the Non-governmental organizations and all those involved with their work in Albania, it is hoped that this Comprehensive List will fill a gap and improve the communication and efficiency of the activity serving the public.
