In co-operation with Open Society Foundation for Albania, with the partial funding by King Baudouin Foundation (France), it was implemented the project “Interethnic understanding and the rights of minorities” in the southern area of the country, where a part of minorities live. Relevant to this project there were published four study-brochures about the rights of ethnic minorities, European conventions on them, interethnic relations and cultures as joining bridges of friendship, mutual understanding and co-existence etc.
